Hallelujah! Republicans in the New York state senate were finally dragged, some
kicking and screaming, into the
21st century tonight after a vote to legalize same-sex marriage was finally held just moments ago?it
passed, 33 - 29, albeit with the Sharia provision to prevent the apparently never-ending persecution of religious organizations.
Six states down, 44 to go.
