Debt ceiling vote delayed until tomorrow: no deal so far

The latest news: tonight's 1:00 AM ET vote has been delayed. Reid has just announced that the Senate will convene at noon tomorrow for a 1:00 PM ET vote. The stated reason is to give negotiations (within the Senate, with the House and with the White House) time to continue.

On the bright side, there's a bunch of children in Congress who don't have to stay up past their bedtime now. Maybe they'll all be less crabby in the morning.
